Welcome to St Gregory’s College year 9 and 10 boarding parents for the year 2021. This year our communication channels are slightly different as we are starting a blog for each stage group. This is where I will be uploading photos, giving updates and providing any key information or key dates.

The first week was a short one, which was a great way to get the boys back into some sort of routine and settled back into boarding life at the College. We gave the boys Thursday and Friday night off formal study to ease the boys back into the full routine also.

The boys have now had a few days of experiencing the new Catering at the dining hall and it has been great to see more boys enjoying a variety of food and giving things a go, the reviews have been great so far from the boys. They will also have the opportunity to give constructive feedback to the menu after a couple weeks of tasting all they have to offer.

The first weekend saw the boys participate in either Basketball training or gym/fitness for sport on Saturday morning, to then have the chance to head to Macarthur Square for the first time in a long time for many! Sunday we had our first eat in breakfasts where the boys cooked their standard bacon and egg sandwiches, we then went on our way to Gunnamatta Bay in Cronulla for a day out.
